Next, keep records of the offensive behavior, which includes noting the time, date, location, and the names of the people who witnessed the incident along with the description of what had occurred. At this time you should also be considering alternatives: another employer or working with your current one to help solve the problem.
Once you have enough facts, report the discrimination to your company’s management and contact an attorney or the EEOC.
